EXTRA TIPS FOR FRESHNESS Cut into your loaf about a third of the way and work toward the ends. After removing your slices, place cut ends together. Now snugly wrap the bread around your loaf. OR…Cut the end off the bread and place the cut side down on a small wooden cutting board. Slip it into your linen bag wrapping snugly around the loaf. OR…If you live in a dry climate or air-conditioned home, try wrapping your bread in parchment. Place it in the bottom of the bag and snugly wrap the bread around your loaf. SIZES When you make your selection, the following sizes are for comparison purposes: The large measures approximately 13 x 18, the medium measures approximately 13 x 15 inches, and the baguette measures approximately 7 x 25.
